a. Right to information

Through this Privacy Statement, BV TransDirect wishes to inform you as fully as possible about the processing of your personal data. U hebt het recht BV TransDirect te verzoeken uw persoonsgegevens te wissen indien daartoe geen gegronde reden meer zou bestaan in hoofde van BV TransDirect om deze nog te verwerken. U kunt dit recht in volgende gevallen uitoefenen:

• Uw persoonsgegevens zijn niet langer noodzakelijk om het nagestreefde doel te vervullen;
• U bewijst dat BV TransDirect uw gegevens onrechtmatig heeft verwerkt;
