📋 YOUR ROLE

As a Freight Forwarder, you will be the driving force behind a seamless logistics process. Here's what you'll do:

• 📦 Coordination & Follow-Up: Allocate transport orders to our reliable subcontractors and ensure everything runs smoothly.
• 📞 Top-notch Customer Service: Be the first point of contact for customers, providing professional advice and guidance for road transport.
• 🤝 Teamwork: Collaborate closely with your colleagues to provide optimal support to our drivers.
• ⏰ Balanced Flexibility: Work 37 hours per week (8:30 AM - 5:00 PM) while being flexible when necessary.
• 🎓 Growth & Learning: Under the guidance of an experienced Team Leader, you’ll become an expert in dispatching.
